What’s the background on your name/number?
“While living in Japan one of my teammates came up with it. We were trying to think of things that represented my east coast attitude. And my number came to be just because of how it’s pronounced with a Rhode Island accent.”

FuhgeddabouditDerby History/Athletic Background (if any):
“I grew up cheerleading and playing softball. Then played volleyball in high school.”

What is your most prized possession?
“Seems cliche but my skates. Luigino Q6 with Falcon plus plate.”

Do you have a pre-bout ritual or game day superstitions?
“Sleep well the night before, eat a salad 2 hours before the bout, a banana at halftime. And if I’m playing a double header a fruit cup and granola bar between games.”

What is your best talent outside of derby?
“Being a mother to my two year old Cecelia.”

What song on your iPod/playlist are you most ashamed of? What is your pump-up jam?
“If it’s on my iPod I enjoy it so no shame in my game. And my pre-bout pump up is Drowning Pool’s Bodies.”

Do you have any fears/phobias?
“Spiders, snakes, and bugs.”

What is your favorite food/meal?
“Margaritas and tacos.”

“If you feel good in it rock it!”

Advice to your younger self or newbie derby self?
“Never give up. No matter what happens always get back to doing what you love.”

Why did the chicken cross the road? How do you know?
“To get to the taco truck. Because tacos are delicious.”

You’re a new addition to the crayon box, what color are you?

What has been your greatest achievement?
“Being a mother.”

If you could skate, and start, for another team for a season who would you pick and why? OR if you could compete as part of another team in another sport, which team and why?    
“Having already been a founding member of a team, Zama Killer Katanas (home team for Tokyo Roller Girls), I would love to be able to go back and skate with them for a season.”
